hereinafter "Kaizen" or "the Organiser".
On the occasion of the temporary sale of digital skin packs, Kaizen runs a promotional operation allowing the Customers concerned to take part in a prize draw.
The draw is a promotional advantage attached to the packs sold during the operation. Entries are not sold separately. They:
The operation starts on 4 October 2026 at 12:00 noon, Paris time, and ends on 14 October 2026 at 12:00 noon, Paris time.
Only orders finally recorded and paid before the closing time can give entries. A transaction started but whose payment is not confirmed before 12:00 noon on 14 October 2026 will not be taken into account.
The operation is open to any natural person of full age (at least 18 years old), whatever their country of residence, provided that taking part in this kind of operation is allowed by the law of their country. It is up to the participant to check this; an entry from a country where it is prohibited is void.
To take part, the Customer must:
The participant is responsible for the information given. Kaizen may ask the winner to prove their age before delivering the prize.
During the operation:
Entries from several eligible orders add up. For example, buying a 6 € pack and a 2 € pack during the operation gives 3 entries in total, subject to the validity of the orders concerned.
The number of entries is however limited to 10 per person (one Discord account) for the whole operation. An order placed once this limit is reached, or that would exceed it, only gives the entries still available, or none; the pack is still delivered with all its skins and its price is unchanged. The number of entries the purchase will actually give is shown to the Customer before payment.
The skins are the content of the packs bought. They remain granted to the Customer whatever the result of the draw, subject in particular to a valid cancellation, termination or withdrawal of the order.
Not winning the draw gives no right to a refund of the pack. The price paid is for the pack of digital content chosen, not for a separate lottery ticket.
The operation has 1 winner. The winner will receive 1 Steam key giving access to the Badlands DLC, which includes the Nasdara map. The key is meant to be activated on Steam.
The key cannot be exchanged for money, refunded by Kaizen or replaced by a sum of money.
If, for a reason beyond Kaizen's control, the announced prize became permanently unavailable before delivery, Kaizen will inform the winner, apply the solution provided for by the applicable regulations and, where possible, offer a prize of comparable nature or value.
The draw will take place on 14 October 2026 from 9:00 pm, Paris time.
The list used for the draw will include all the entries validly recorded under these rules. Each entry counts as one chance: a participant holding 3 entries is 3 times more likely to be drawn than a participant holding 1.
The draw is made by the prize draw module of the Kaizen shop, which picks the winner at random from a random value generated at the time of the draw. No data is sent to a third-party draw service.
To make the draw traceable, each draw is time-stamped and recorded with the list of entries taken into account, the random value used and the result. This makes it possible to check afterwards that the winner matches this data. Kaizen keeps the full history of the draws, including any new draw and its reason, for as long as reasonably needed to prove how the draw was carried out and to handle any dispute.
The first participant validly selected by the draw is the winner, subject to checking their eligibility. Kaizen may in particular check:
Any proven fraudulent manipulation of the entry system may lead to exclusion from the operation, without prejudice to the consumer's rights regarding their order.
The result will be announced from 14 October 2026 at 9:00 pm on the official Kaizen channels. The winner will also be contacted on Discord when possible.
The Steam key will be given to the winner on 15 October 2026 through a private ticket on the official Kaizen Discord: https://discord.com/invite/hW7ZCKZwQr
To receive the prize, the winner must therefore be on the Kaizen Discord and able to use the ticket system. The winner is responsible for keeping their Discord account accessible and reading Kaizen's messages.
The key will only be given in the ticket opened for that purpose. The winner is responsible for keeping the key confidential once it is given.
The winner has 7 days from the announcement of the result, that is until 21 October 2026 at 9:00 pm, Paris time, to claim the prize and allow its delivery on Discord.
If the winner does not come forward by that deadline, despite the announcement of the result and the reasonable contact attempts made by Kaizen, the prize will be considered unclaimed. Kaizen will then make a new draw among the entries still eligible. The first winner loses the prize, unless contact was impossible for a reason directly attributable to Kaizen.
The first winner is excluded from this new draw. The new draw follows the same procedure as the first one and is also traceable.
The skins bought are linked to the SteamID given by the Customer. They cannot be voluntarily transferred to another SteamID once granted. The participant must therefore check their SteamID before paying.
This rule only concerns the skins in the packs and does not change how the Steam key is delivered to the winner.
The rights to the skins are granted to the Customer's SteamID as soon as the order is confirmed. The skins can be used:
The skins are not available on Namalsk, including the NMZ Namalsk server, and never will be. The launch date of KAIZEN Nasdara is provisional; if it is postponed, the new date is shown on the shop.
It is prohibited to:
An entry obtained fraudulently may be cancelled after checking.
Several regularly paid purchases are not fraud: the entries of the various eligible orders add up under these rules.
When an order giving entries is validly cancelled or refunded before the draw, its entries are removed from the list used for the draw.
When a situation legally affecting the validity of an order arises after the draw and before the prize is delivered, Kaizen will assess its consequences under these rules and the mandatory legal provisions.
No clause of these rules may deprive a consumer of a legal right of withdrawal, termination, refund or guarantee.
In case of a technical incident affecting:
Kaizen may postpone the draw for the time strictly needed to check and reliably rebuild the list of entries. Kaizen will then inform the community on its official channels.
An incident cannot be used to arbitrarily change the participants' chances or to add entries after the closing.
Kaizen may change, suspend or cancel the operation when an external event, a legal obligation, massive fraud, a serious technical failure or a circumstance beyond its control makes its normal course impossible.
Any substantial change will be clearly brought to the participants' attention. Kaizen cannot use this provision to arbitrarily change the conditions of the operation to the detriment of the participants.
The data needed for the draw (Discord identifier, SteamID, e-mail address given with the order, orders and entries) is processed to:
The data used for the draw is limited to what is needed: the draw is made on the Kaizen shop, without sending data to a third party. On the shop, the winner's nickname is shown partly masked.

Taking part in the operation implies reading and accepting these rules, with a box not ticked in advance, before buying a pack. The essential conditions of the operation are also shown to the Customer before the purchase.
The rules are available free of charge from the Kaizen shop for the whole operation. The participant can keep a copy (print or save as PDF), and a copy is sent free of charge to anyone who asks for it at contact@kaizen-dayz.fr.
Any dispute about the operation can be sent to Kaizen at contact@kaizen-dayz.fr.
The participant is invited to give the information needed to identify their order and account, without making sensitive information public.
The provisions on consumer mediation in the General Terms of Sale remain applicable.
These rules are governed by French law. They are interpreted in particular in line with the mandatory rules applicable to consumers and to promotional operations.
